  1. This Privacy Policy has been established in compliance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 concerning the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – L 119/1, as well as the Act of 16 July 2004 on Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2004, No. 171, item 1800, as amended). The procedures for the protection of privacy implemented by the Service Administrator are as follows: The Administrator respects and safeguards copyright and the rights of owners to registered trademarks. Basic definitions relating to personal data include Personal Data, which refers to information about an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be directly or indirectly identified, particularly by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, online identifier, or one or several specific factors that define the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that individual. A Data Set refers to a structured collection of personal data accessible according to specific criteria, regardless of whether this set is centralized, decentralized, or functionally or geographically distributed. Data Processing refers to any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether automated or non-automated, including but not limited to collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation, or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or other forms of making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction. A Data Processor is defined as a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body that processes personal data on behalf of the Administrator. Consent (of the data subject) is understood as a voluntary, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes, whereby the individual, through a statement or clear affirmative action, consents to the processing of their personal data, presented in a manner that allows clear distinction from other matters, in an understandable and easily accessible format, using clear and plain language. The legal basis for processing personal data is established under Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which pertains to the User’s consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specified purposes. The Administrator exercises due diligence to protect the data transferred for processing, including personal data, ensuring this principle is applied to the technological solutions employed, implemented procedures, service organization, and staff qualifications. Personal data is processed exclusively with the voluntary and unambiguous consent of the data subject. The provision of any personal data for processing is made knowingly and shall occur prior to any action taken by the Administrator. The processing of personal data (contact data) of Users of the Service is obligatory for the purpose of making a donation (name and surname, email) and responding to inquiries made via the contact form (email), while it remains voluntary for the purpose of receiving commercial information from the Administrator electronically (newsletter). The processing of mandatory personal data will continue until a response is provided, whereas non-mandatory data will be processed until consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing is amended. Personal data will be processed solely for as long as there is a purpose for which it was obtained or transferred. The Administrator shall employ appropriate measures to secure the data provided for processing against unauthorized access, as well as against unlawful processing of data— including personal data— that does not comply with applicable Polish and EU law, exercising due diligence to ensure the security and control of this data is maintained continuously. The Administrator does not transfer personal data to third parties without the consent of the data subject. The User acknowledges that information regarding personal data processed by the Administrator will be provided upon request, whether in a traditional or electronic format. Users who have provided personal data to the Administrator have the rights to request access to their personal data, to rectify, erase, or restrict processing, as well as to object to processing, and also possess the right to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing that was conducted based on consent prior to its withdrawal, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office), and to not be subject to automated profiling. Personal data shall be processed exclusively for as long as there exists a purpose for which it was obtained or transferred.
